Kickoff to the 90th

November 2026

From November 1 through November 17, 2026, our Kickoff to the 90th promotion will be ongoing.

Every eligible BufMet member is automatically entered for a chance to win a pair of tickets to see Buffalo vs. Kansas City at Highmark Stadium on Thanksgiving night, Thursday, November 26, 2026. One drawing will take place on November 18th, and one lucky member will win!

There’s nothing to sign up for and nothing to do. If you’re an eligible member, you’re already in. See below for official rules and eligibility requirements.

Kickoff to the 90th Official Rules

The prize drawing will take place on November 18, 2026. All members are advised to keep their contact information current with BufMet CU so we can reach them if they win.

Promotion period. The Kickoff to the 90th promotion starts at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on November 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on November 17, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

Prize drawing. One random drawing will take place on November 18, 2026. One winner will be selected. The winner will receive one pair of tickets to the Buffalo–Kansas City professional football game on Thursday, November 26, 2026, at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, New York.

Eligible Members and automatic entry. For this promotion, an “Eligible Member” is an individual age 18 or older who is a primary or joint owner of a BufMet account in good standing as of 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on November 17, 2026. An account is “in good standing” if it is not delinquent, charged off, restricted or closed, and has not caused a loss to BufMet. Eligible Members are entered automatically and receive one entry each, no matter how many accounts they hold. Members do not need to register, make a purchase, pay anything or make an additional deposit to be entered. Only Eligible Members may participate; non-members are not eligible.

Who is not eligible. Employees, officials, directors and volunteers of Buffalo Metropolitan Federal Credit Union, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible.

How the winner is selected and notified. On November 18, 2026, BufMet will randomly select one potential winner and two alternates, in order, from all Eligible Members. BufMet will contact the potential winner using the contact information on file with BufMet. The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of the first contact attempt. If the potential winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, is found to be ineligible, does not comply with these rules, or declines the prize, the prize will be offered to the next alternate on the same terms. The potential winner may be asked to confirm eligibility and accept the prize in writing before receiving the tickets.

Prize details. The approximate retail value of the prize is $480.00. Your odds of winning depend on how many Eligible Members there are. The prize cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes and for any expenses not expressly included, such as transportation, parking, lodging and meals. Tickets are subject to the ticket issuer’s and venue’s terms. Tickets will be delivered by [electronic transfer / method]. If the game is postponed, canceled, relocated or otherwise unavailable, the sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

General. BufMet’s decisions about eligibility and the drawing are final. BufMet may disqualify anyone who tampers with the promotion or violates these rules. The promotion is void where prohibited. To get the winner’s first name and city, send a request postmarked by December 31, 2026, to the sponsor address below.
